Default top down yet?

I had to do it.

I came out of the grocery store, nothing but blue hairs in the parking lot. I figured this was as good of a time as any for the first top down driving of the new year (11:00AM, 1/1/02, 28'F).

put the top down and the metallica up.

I got several very confused looks, but one wave from a nice 60something female---Have you AARP guys been "servicing" my home turf?

Any other foolish souls out there yet?

Go for it. I usually try to keep it to 40+, but the sun is shining.

Hey, it must be warmer in Mtndale....higher elevation

Funny coincidence...I was just entering my data into the website set up for STHS 19xx (speaking of AARP) but I hit the wrong key and lost all the my data WTF

Maybe I will go out and take a top-down spin Thanks for giving me a new perspective...."the tank is half full, not half empty"

Well, I'm back....~10 miles on back roads here in the Main Line....the VTEC growl has been heard from the heights of Belmont Hills, thru the peaceful lanes of Bala Cynwyd, and even thru the affluent by-ways of Penn Valley The temp was about 32 degrees but the sun was bright and the top was DOWN.

Here is the script:
Wife: "You're doing WHAT with the top down, in freezing weather like this"
Me: "But Honey, the doctor told me to do it"

Thanks for keeping me away from my usual New Year's task for a while: Plotting the financials of last year and looking for a strategy for 2002.

Jerry, explain it to the wife the same way i explain it to the GF: you'll go skiing in the most God-Awful weather and call it a "good time," THEREFORE one trip thru the neighborhood with top down doesn't make you the village idiot (unless that label had already been stuck to ya).

Does the Pennsylvania Dutch tradition of pork and sauerkraut make it to the main line?

Absolutely....with garlic mashed potatoes and lots of kraut juice A childhood friend from H-burg even dropped in after I came back from my spin....pulled up some chairs and went to town. So are you going to come to town for the Mid-Winter Gathering...or more of those "on call/ junior partner/ gf" excuses
