Hey mdb-

Maybe you and some of the other Central PA folks could get together a drive in your area this Spring? The Baltimore crowd might be willing to drive 1 hour up Route 83 to join in. A few of us from Philly metro would probly show. I think a run up one of the valleys N of you would be great, with little traffic...Fishing Creek Valley Road (Rt.441?) east to Indiantown Gap, and blast back on I-81.

If you want to check this idea out with the other area ppl, I can PM their contact info to you. There are folks in Mercersburg, York, Mechanicsburg.....who knows what other lurkers? You could post the idea and see if anybody shows interest (besides me )

jerry,

sounds like a great idea.
had the roof down all weekend am/pm.
i know the daily driver makes for a lot of fun, but there is just something about having a change of pace and pulling the stook out of the garage for the first time all week...

mike.

What an awsome past two days. I've driven 550 miles on Monday and Tuesday it's been so nice. Mostly back and forth on 695 and 83 from Essex, MD to Shrewsbury, PA The top down the whole time of course. Jerry i think I'm catching up to you in the mileage!

Paul(ie)
Welcome to the potential DDD Club (Dedicated Daily Driver). Now you just need to get some nice snow tires, which will also Slow You Down LOL

I hate to kill the mood of everyone in cold climates...but I have had my baby since Nov 28, 2001 and have yet to drive with the top up. (I hear the visibility is not to good though)

Just drive fast. That way everyone is behind you. You won't have to worry about visibility with the top up.
