Default Bubba Ho-Tep?

came out a few years ago near as i can tell. stars ossy davis in his last film role as jfk and bruce cambel(Evil Dead films) as elvis. interesting premis, slow moving, a definitive B movie. would loved to have been in on the meeting to pitch this to the money men.

essentially elvis is 78, in a rest home in mud hole texas along with john kennedy who has a piece of his brain blown out and a bag of sand put in their, and has been died black...elvis is mistakenly thought to be an elvis impersonator...he secretly traded places with him and then lost the contract in a bbq accident, took this guys identity as an elvis impersonator and made a living till he fell off stage, broke his hip and went into a 20 year coma...he uses a walker...so the action is sloooowww....there is an evil egyptian entitiy stealing souls in this place...they have to deal with it..

this is a real film,honestly...anyone seen it? comments. i give it a 5 outta 10 cause i like cambell and ossy davis is ok as well...the premise alone makes it worthwhile to catch the first few minutes. there is language, but really little blood and violence, lots of walker action...

saw it only because of Bruce Campbell... all in all not a very good movie. Thought the scene with the big bug was humorous, that's about it

I think it is aimed at a specific audience who gets this stuff, if your not that audience it will suck for you
