Just saw it tonight and I loved it. I'm not usually one for war type movies, but I felt more connected to it than others I have seen. I never found my mind wandering, which is normally the case in war movies. It just seemed to have more depth. The actual fighting was kept to a minimum. Instead the movie focused on brotherhood, camaraderie, and the hardships that were faced in east Europe during WWII.

hmm maybe i'll go see that. i love war movies...
