Maybe you have heard of it, maybe you have not. If you like movies that you actually think about after you leave the theater and stay with you a while, this is for you.

It is 2 hours and 20 minutes and it feels about 20 minutes too long. It is an awfully strange plot, has really odd humor, but is fairly emotional at the end. I was in a small theater, but at one point I could hear about half the audience sobbing.

It is best to go in cold and not know what you are going to see, skip the trailer, skip reviews. Before I went in I just looked on Rotten Tomatoes and at the time it had a 95% critic score and 97% with audiences. I saw the negative reviews were from people that had no patience with the movie, and a couple reviews said they walked out. Nearly every review they adored it and thought it should win best picture. I agree. I thought it was fantastic despite the flaws.

It certainly will be one of the most original movies you will ever watch.
