Name your favorite breakfast, and the recipe if possible (I can see "cereal, add milk" coming )
Here's one of mine favorite breakfast: sunshine over the pig farm
Recipe (in single serving sizes):
1 x egg
1 slice of ham
1 large slice of bread (white, wheat, whatever you like, use the larger type not the small sandwidch type)
butter or your favorite spread
use a glass cup and take out a circular portion of the bread. The best sized cup is one that can take out most of the middle portion of the bread without breaking the outer portion of the bread, creating a slice of bread with a big round hole in it.
set aside the rounded bread.
put the slice of bread with the hole in a flat frying pan (non-stick is the best), add butter or your favorite spread into the hole. drop the egg into the hole when the butter has melted to let it fry on medium heat, place a slice of ham over the slice of bread, covering the egg. very carefully lift up the assembly and turn it over to heat up the ham and the rest of the egg. How long depends on how you like your egg.
butter up the rounded bread and put it in a toaster oven and serve it like toast.

Eggs in a Bowl is my fav. I was taught a special way of soft boiling the eggs that most people will not agree with.
what you need:
2 eggs
2 slices of toast, buttered and sliced into 1/2" squares
1 bowl.
when you put the eggs in to soft boil, start the toast.
The toast should pop and be buttered and sliced right as the egg timer goes off.
De-shell the eggs and chop them up in the bowl.
Mix in the buttered toast squares and viola! Eggs in a Bowl.
