1934 ford v8 sedans dominate the automotive parts of the film,, @ 85 hp they rock. Kevin Costner and Woody
Harrilson give subdued old lawmen performances par excellence. There is the inevitable conclusion. You see this is two retired texas rangers going after Bonnie and Clyde.
The story paints a poor south landscape during 1934 that is well done. Sets, casting, script, and special effects are highlighted by good camera work. This film takes it's time, never rushing. For me it was too long by 1/2 hour..authentic but sometimes slow to move on. I enjoyed it and give it a 8 outta 10, allot of work went into it and you can see it on the screen.
