So, who thinks that he was still dreaming at the end of the movie and who does not?

I think he was still dreaming. He saved Saito, but couldn't save himself - so Saito and Ariadne created a world for him.

AMAZING FILM

9.2/10

I think the answer to the question is it doesn't matter -- what is real/what is a dream? Is it better to dream for 50 years and remember every day once you awake, or to live a pitiful life spent thinking of your wonderful dream?

the ending leaves you to decide for yourself, but in my opinion it didn't matter, because ultimately decaprios character was in a state of fulfillment with his children again, which was the premise of his whole motivation throughout the movie. be 50 years in the dream or reality.

great movie.

Nicely done. Its great to see a movie like this that you know somebody had to put in tons of time and attention in the script, in the editing, in the directing, to have it all be right and make sense. If only 10% of movies had this much work put in there would actually be something worth seeing once in a while.

And since the end had a similar kind of plot hook at the end as Leo's other film, the craptacular Shutter Island, I think Scorsese could take a few note from Nolan.

Yeah -- when I saw "Shutter" (which was okay, not terrible) I thought it borrowed HEAVILY from Noaln's first film, "Memento."

I just saw it for the second time. It helps to see movies like this twice to pick up things that you didnt the first time around.

hes definately still in a dream at the end.
