hes definately still in a dream at the end.
ending was his reality. but im not going to stand by it because theres too much subtext regarding cobb rescuing saito.
the extended spinning top seemed to be left a joke that the director was just messing with you, and let it drop like "just kidding" because the idea the whole movie was more of a continuation of a higher dream would be lame....
regardless, it was a great movie for all the costume and set design and action.
btw, am i the only one that caught the silhouette of the top in the opening scene where cobb is standing at the top of the stairs and the water is about to be gushing in? was there any other easter eggs?

I would like to point out (go with me here) that the top was MOL's totem...not Cobb's. He said it was HER totem, and he just kinda picked it up...so by his reason...
IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING.
Remember the way Arthur reacted when Ariadne went to touch his loaded die? He said that if anyone else touched it...it would no longer work.
Well...the top was MOL's totem, and now Cobb spins it all the time.
Just something to chew on...

well right, all the rules were created because cobb broke them all at first! how else do you think the rules came about?
the movie makes sense because its all about cobb's ****ed up past and mistakes.
he (they) also created memories from their past in limbo. another rule not to be broken later.
so i dont consider it a plot hole or anything.

there are enough ppl who say theyve watched it multiple times make note that the kids do NOT wear the same clothes in the end, just similar.
until i see screenshots or see it again myself, im not going to make a defining assumption on that.
