Just saw LOGAN. Without a doubt, this is the best real Marvel movie to date. Deadpool was the best family unfriendly marvel comedy for what its worth.

Let me explain. This is not for kids. Its R rated (18A in Canada) for a reason. Don't take your kids to this movie- this isn't the typical marvel formula with all action, fun marvel action flick where the formula is fed. There are guns and there is blood. Lots and lots of blood. This is a real drama that happens to be an excellent Marvel movie. You will see limbs and blood and if they bleeped all the swear words, you'd never figure out what the actual dialogue is- ok, that's a little bit of an exaggeration.

I'm glad to see Marvel producing more R rated movies- keeps the kids at home so the adults can enjoy a night out. I won't give anything away, but it brings more- much more- to the Wolverine story.

i give it a 9/10 today. oh yeah, its not for kids.

Saw it last night. Glad I avoided spoilers on this one.

 

just caught it on some channel....i have not seen the other marvel characters in any of the films that I can recall.....I know the back story, well done film, not great, just a fitting end to the characters and lots of action. 3 outta 10, I like Jackman in most of what he does....it was not a great film. It had a quality of a little film to me, one that was small budgeted, but the cgi and stunts were good, maybe because it did not have an all star cast of exotic locations?
