I also think it is a ok movie, maybe because I didn't expect it will be a great movie in the beginning.

Just saw it last night. Other than being a bit short in length, I quite liked it. It could have used a bit more story line in the "future" to add to the length but then, I went on "cheap Tuesdays" so the price was right. I have always marvelled at the depiction of time travel and the irony of the traveller's need to do it. The scenery of the future was intriguing to me as was the other "special effects". Like I've always said, "Film critics don't always know Jack Sh!t about what I like or don't like". If all you care about are car chases and the blood sucking gore of your favorite video game, then I can see where you would be disappointed. You simply didn't go for the right reasons. As far as Sci-fi, this is a classic re-done in a modern way. It's not as captivating as the original movie but it didn't "suck" either.
(Gawd! I just sounded like a friggen film critic. )

I wish saw this before I went to see it. I agree the movie sucked. The first bad movie I've seen in a long time.
