Ok, I just saw this earlier today, and I walked away kind of disappointed to be honest. I grew up watching the 80's cartoons and am a huge transformers fan. I REALLY liked the first movie so I had high expectations for this film and I don't think that it reached them. I could get into details over what I liked and disliked, but I don't want to ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen the film yet. I definitely liked the first one better though.

yup im current in indiana for the summer i saw it at imax and boy it makes a huge difference. Micheal Bay is known to move and shoot pretty fast. there was a time in the movie (near the end) i thought it was dragging on but the fight scene made up for it for me.

my favorite would have to be the twins =o)

Just saw it last night. I have mixed feelings as well. I'd say that the story was a bit weak and acting was getting a little cheesy esp for megan fox.

High points were all the non stop action scenes, special effects and eye candy the movie provided. It was 50/50 but story line never made me excited to know whats gonna happen next and was predictable. story = It lacked any emotion that made you attached to anyone/anything. Story and acting was like listening to a news report vs. reading poems; a bit dragging and just informative

For sure I will be getting this when it comes out on disc since it's WAY up in effects.
