^ When the New Yorker has a critique of the film citing to Freudian motifs, Jungian archetypes or French post-structuralist milieus, I'll consider it it. Suffice it to see that the film wasn't the hierophany that io9.com believes it was, the august authority of the review notwithstanding.

It was mindless summer entertainment of the Milos Forman ilk. The last ten minutes of the movie looked like the director was just trying to find a way to end it.

TRANSFORMERS 2: Mediocre Movie in Disguise!

Saw it in Imax last night, was disappointing. It had a few cool scenes but overall the movie sucked.

i liked it

not as good as the first one , but if you liked the 1st movie , you'll enjoy the 2nd.

I didnt think the movie was too long at all , the story had to be told/played out.

and how can you guys complain about seeing more of Megan Fox ????

Hey at least we hear the word Energon in this one!! LOL

i was disappointed by the story mainly...the CG looked good and you could tell that Bay slowed the fighting scenes and zoomed out when compared to the blurring action of the first movie. But the story was very predictable and not much time was spent on the new bots (save for the twins).

The way devastator was taken out was very anti-climactic too.

Awesome flick, I don't understand why the critics gave it such bad reviews. It was a little long, but IMO: the longer the better

Megan Fox drove me crazy throughout the entire movie. OMG..
