Amateur Radio on the Dragon?

It has two knobs, no display and the ability to attach an external antenna. It's bulletproof.
My favorite handheld amateur band radio and the one I usually have with me up there is a Yaesu FT-60R and is also 5 watts. As you can see, it has a display and many more buttons to push:
There are plenty of people who mod old commercial radios to opperate in ham bands but it hardly seems worth it now that you can buy radios direct from China. I saw one on Ebay this morning for $35. You are as likely to find something weird in an amateur radio shack as you are under the hoods at the Dragon.
