Well, it just goes to show you how "in touch" I am. Didn't even know Raul had any issues with the thread whoring we do.
I sincerely hope this thread and my tongue in cheek humerious replies have not caused too much angst among my fellow Dragon Drivers.
For those of you who may not hang around too many of the Car shows, the friendly banter that goes on in this site is exactly what goes on at the car shows, and it is what keeps people showing up every year, month, and week. the point is this - it's not the event, amenities, prizes, or even the car that brings us together - it's the people - that's why I love the "useless" crap that we post up in the Dragon Forum. The Dragon is at best a twice a year event - 4 or 5 days a year and it's gone, but the conversation, stories, pictures, banter, and friendships last all year. thats why the Dragon forum is my home page, and why I sort of live here, at work and home.
Raul, I'm sorry the several "Dear XXXXXXX" threads have hogged up the site so much. I do understand that administrating this forum and it's rather unique band of lug nuts can be challenging. I think your on the right track pinning the event information threads to the top. Now all that being said, if anyone wants to "ask Dave, go ahead and ask. This Daves answers will be tongue in cheek, slightly irrevent, and wholly without value. so don't take it too seriously, enjoy the laugh that I, LTD, Scoots, Ken, Patrick, Frei, Andy, and Dave, (no not that Dave, the other Dave!) provide. And if it gets locked down, it's no big deal - we just start another thread!
