What is the meaning of "not worth all the tea in China"?

Dear Ron:
I am really at wits end....
After DBR... my car was a mess.....
Washed it... waxed it.... put it up on jack stands, pulled the wheels, cleaned the rims.... wheel wells..... checked the brakes.... did a fairly thorough job on cleaning the outside...
Here is my dilemma....
I cleaned 3 sets of lug nuts.... but not the 4th set....
Do I need to jack up the car, pull the nuts and clean them so that I will not be ridiculed?
