the road is essentially 2 different roads- clockwise and counterclockwise- each give you a different perspective and challenge. One direction (counter clockwise) keeps the mountain on your passenger side and feels less dicey. The clockwise direction keeps your passenger wheel on the drop-off side.

But it really is a great road- just keep plenty of space between cars (5 second count) and keep the pace reasonable. There is one section near the cement factory where you run up a slight hill with a bend- however, the top of the hill is scattered with dirt and grit and dust and is slippery. https://goo.gl/maps/r9ytXVpRi4AeiaF39

If you do this road... please be very careful.....
Lots of tight corners, with construction traffic.... they don't stay on their side on their side of the road in curves....
