I'm planning on going to Helen this Saturday, so maybe I can join you guys. What time do you guys plan on driving to the tail of the dragon?

 

When? Friday Nov 6 - Sunday Nov 8th. Meet up at Fontana Village or Deals Gap Friday afternoon (monitor radiio channel 4.0 or just look for the S2Ks.) Thre group of us coming in from Charlotte should be at Deals Gap for lunch around 1:30 on Friday.

I had the oil and diff changed today, set the air pressures, torqued the wheels, washed, etc.

My local Honda guy gave me "preferred" parking at his shop after I told him I turned 30 again this summer.

New front brake pads installed. New RE-01's mounted up. The truck is packed, and the car is ready. I'll hitch up the trailer, and load the car in the morning. throw my clothes bag in, and hit the road.

 

I was thinking of going for a drive Sunday. Will I run into anyone? Or is the group leaving early during the day?

coming from NE Atlanta on 129 then back on 163 probably.
