First time
It sounds like many people use two-way radios and they all run channel 4 ?, is that correct ?, you would think there would be a lot of traffic on channel 4 with everyone on it ?. I bought some two way radios about one year ago, but I've never really used them. They display two digit channels, like 4-0, 4-1 4-2 , so I assume that channel 4 is 4-0 . Does this sound right.
That's right 4 is 4-0. The second number is a group sub channel. And no it won't be crowded. I left mine on the whole time. You can only hear about a mile at best. Like at he resort you can talk to other people at the resort but won't pick up people on the dragon heck past the bridge before the boat ramp. Check the sign in board when you get there. Some people do run different channels. Like the flo-rida group or the New Yorkers or etc.
