Call the court right now and ask about attending traffic school in your home state. Sometimes that works to keep points off your license and it may reduce your fine.
There is no points since we don't have a NC license.

I been speaking to lawyers for that county. They don't reduce the fine.
I believe that what can be reduced is the charge, from 28 over to something like 10 over. Fines might be the same, but the consequences are very different.

I called everyone listed besides the dogs trust me guy, can't even see the number

The Saul guys number doesn't work.

That frank guy is the best option at this time, I'm still calling people
I can't see a cop without radar getting that ticket to hold in court. I would pay a lawyer to fight it. Sucks you have to pay a lawyer but hopefully you won't have to pay the ticket
This. Get it reduced and forget about it.

They do that because even if you get the judge to agree on a 10% error (which is a lot), you're still looking at 75 mph and that is very important - keeps you at the 20 over mark which allows a reckless driving charge.

That's probably correct.
Whenever I get a bad speeding ticket I get a lawyer, pay him about $300, get the charges reduced to 10 over if I'm lucky.
The court charges are the same.
The fine is probably less
The big thing for me is to reduce the points that go against my insurance

I'm not sure if he works in Jackson county, but I have used Darryl Brown a few times in Clay county (east of Cherokee County). http://www.darrylrbrown.com/ Good luck. If you ever get a bad ticket on the Dragon, the perfect guy is Andy Long at Costner and Green. He gout me and two friends out of a very serious citation a few years ago. http://www.costnergreene.com/Attorneys/Andy-Long.shtml
