Experience has taught me that the three things you should take with you whether you are staying in the lodge or a cabin.




1-Candles

2-Matches

3- Flashlight

Do not expect that the desk clerks will help you in the event the power goes out.

I would guess that the candles help set the mood, the matches to light the candles, and the flashlight--well, that depends on the parties involved!!

 

One of the told me, use your cell phone as a light (i was thinking, yeah the one that doesn't pick up any signal here), lol.... WOW, lets just say i got a refund for that night and slept on the floor of the lodge, LOL.... trust me i will have plenty this year!!!

 

you should try cooking steaks in the dark...
