they work great....mine needed adjusted as when i bought it my neck was larger (from body building) i haven't lifted in awhile and my neck shrunk so the contact was not as strong....but with proper contact they work perfect...i tested them with my wife and she said it was crystal clear

just tested them today again and it worked perfectly for 2 diff people....i think i just needed to adjust it differently on my neck
