Well I have some excellent news!

I met with John Patti the sales manager at WestSide this evening and they are on board for our Friday gathering. I need to get back to him with more detail within the week about the hours we'd like to meet and then closer to the event with a projected turnout. Let me know what you think about the schedule. I'd like to keep it a 2-3 hour gathering......maybe 12-3 then depart for the hotel and checkin and try to get on the road to the Dragon no later than 4:00.

All input would be much appreciated!!

 

Mack, 12-3 at Westside sounds fine, any lunch happenings there? Hotel then the Dragon by 4 pm. Sounds really good to me. Please post the phone and address of WestSide Honda.

Lunch is a "to be determined" item. If we have a large turnout (50-60 cars)probably not. If we have a small turnout (20-30 cars) maybe. I think this is something we can decide closer to the event date.

Now what vendors are going to show up? Maybe that should be a separate thread.
