Oh I see its north.. I was looking to the south of of Fontana.

 

You stay on 129 going northwest until you get almost to Knoxville.

 

Its just a few miles west of the Dragon on 129 (the opposite end of the Dragon from Deals Gap)...... runs over to 321 or 421 or something like that!

 

Ok cool, i guess Im gonna come in that way for the scenic route to fontana.. thanks

 

That's the way I'm coming to Gatlinburg on Thursday. We're going to pickup Ken at the junction of 321 and the parkway and make the drive to Park Grill.

 

That drive is great.... Once you get past Townsend (?).... and it goes to on lane each direction.... and then into the Smoky's National Park.... Great roads!

Great roads if you don't get behind a RV!!!

 

OK...Guys !!! That is the way that our Caravan, will be coming also.....
...We always make a final stop for gas, and a break @ the Exxon station, about 3 miles, back towards Marysville, ( on the left, if coming from the Foothills )

...would be awesome if we could meet here, and do the caravan to Gatlinburg / Park Grill...together !!!!
