We're considering joining in but this needs to fit into work commitments so we need to get a realistic idea of timings to get over there and back. At a glance it looks like 2/3 days both ways plus 2/3 days at the venue so 7/9 days in all. Is this realistic? Any suggestions, experience and rough cost of the travelling such as fuel and Hotel would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Thanks

I only have seen this post today, how stupid I am. Hopefuly there is still time for a quick question and maybe some space still left as registration is coming to an end.
For the guys that have gone at the Euromeet of 2009, does any anyone take the ladies together or is like more 100% blokes? As i am thinking in joing the party but i was planning in taking the wife together as after I plan a few days more down around Italy.

Last minute panic

I haven't found myself a passenger
. Are there any single rooms left? I would be happy to share the room with someone at lower cost. I know that the registration closes tonight. How should I proceed? Can I pay for single person now and top up to €500 if I happen find myself a passenger in a couple of days?
