Apologies if this has already been covered but do we get randomly allocated to hotels or can we actually choose ourselves?
Also, if you are travelling alone like I will be, can I have a double room as it allows me this in the options or do I have to select single? Asking as don't want to be charged more for a double vs a single or a twin room. Or if I select a twin room do I have the option to share with some one else who is travelling alone and therefore both of us save money, i.e. get some form of refund?

There aren't many "single" rooms, so if one person it doesn't really matter for now - will mop up single room/sharing stuff as we get sorted - if you select single for now you will see more information and a waiver
if you book a single room and find someone to share a twin with, let us know and we will refund the difference to both of you - you both must be registered! You must let us know so we can adjust rooming lists and release spare room!

Yes all breakfast and dinners, plus lunch on Saturday

Costs will be as follows and include:
- 2 or 3 nights in hotel & breakfast
- 1 Gala dinner at "Prime Rose" Restaurant
- Typical Trentino dinner at the hotel on other nights
- Saturday Lunch
- Use of hotel spas (Florida can use Du Lac spa)
