Yes, EU's legal order provides headlight washers for each car that has xenon lights (plus headlamp leveling), according to ECE regulation R48.

Set aside this, any US and Japan version have headlight washers? Even if they have xenon lights?

So, doesn't US version nor JAP one have headlight washers in any case? Weren't they available even as optional?

Further, according to UE provisions (ECE R48), EU model should have them in case of xenon headlights but I noticed many EU ones without headlight washers, mean this EU model was available without xenon too?

It's EUDM only, so NEVER on USDM or JDM cars from the factory

All S2000 headlights are xenon

 

No, the reason why is that I personally saw many different cases here: xenon with headlight washers, xenon without them, non xenon with washers, non xenon without washers, so I am just "a bit" confused

Anyway, I need to mount them nevertheless, so I hope I will can find a way.

If your car isn't registered in the EU it doesn't need headlight washers. The catch is, of course, you probably can't register it without them. Is the car registered? Where?

There are some people here which removed the headlight washers to get a cleaner look.
