Orange County D/S Robert Ramos carries the torch in Central Florida for the beat the heat program... although since he drives a Ford product I like to call it Beat Up on the Heat when he runs... all kidding aside, Ramos is a first class guy in every respect... a real racer and committed to trying to get the kids to do their racing on the track... I saw him last week and he mentioned that the Central Florida Road Course in Orlando is or will soon be running 1/8 mile drags... he said he will be there... if you run into him say hello... he's a great guy and loves racing...

beat the heat was actually at CFRC last saturday and only one car beat it. he got a free cfrc tshirt lol
