Anyone need a new top?
Hey everyone, i just got my top patched today, and it looks pretty good considering I only paid $ 20 to get it patched. Anyway the guy at the shop said he would replace the whole top for about $1500. I didn't know if this was a good price or not... Just thought I'd let everyone know. Buy the way, the shop is in Jacksonville Beach off of Mayport road if your interested. PM me for more details.
I know I have priced the top (just the fabric), and I think it was about half of that, but I know the install is pretty technical, and time intensive.
Have you had it done yet? I'd be curious to see how good a job it is.
105,000 miles, and my top has pin holes in a few places. Lucky enough, they're not big enough to let water in.

I got mine replaced for $600. Of course American Honda paid for half. $1200 if anyone wants to drive to Brunswick,Ga.
Standard pricing on replacing the top (Honda prices) is $700 for the top itself, $1,000 for labor. If you have the time and patience, I say go to Cabrioworld.com and pick up a better quality material top for the same price, then spend the weekend with a buddy installing it (buy him some beer for his trouble... oh, AFTER you're finished).
