Default Bowflex

I picked up a bowflex sport today off craigslist for $350 and the couple who sold it to me threw in a treadmill. The units are barely used and could be considered brand new.

I've started an new diet regimine and have had great results in just under a week. Hopefully this will kick it up alot more. I'm just tired of being....... well tired. And fat (mainly around the middle). I read through the entire six week program and it seems relatively easy to stick to. So wish me luck.

Best of luck! My hubby just jumped on the workout wagon as well. He's gained some pounds in the middle as well and it bothers him. I'm glad he's trying to be more healthy. I thank The Biggest Loser for motivation.

i've been going to the gym for a few months now (first time EVER for more than a month )

My only issue is that i'm bulking up ... and i really want to slim down some. I just need to do more cardio.

Also ... my friend used an 'all natural' type diet that worked WONDERS for him. He was already in great shape and then started this diet ... and lost another 18lbs! Seriously ... you wouldn't think it was possible considering how well he already looked

good luck with your new motivation!

Way 2 go Jeff! Give us frequent updates on how much you are losing please. This will keep me motivated to keep up on my diet. I am down 26# now but need to go much further so push me man.

I am jealous of the bowflex and treadmill ...that is awesome. My regimen includes alot of walking right now. What the heck else does one do on lunch break.....at 3AM?

Good luck with your diet and workouts!!
