OK Jeff where are we at? I weighed in yesterday morning at 216.5. That is down from 252 at the time I went to the Indy Car test at Homestead in early March.
Basically I don't limit the scope of what I eat, I just watch the portions. Secondly, my only beverages are water, dirty water (black coffee) and a very occasional Arizona Green Tea (70 cal). My workout right now is just walking.

211 this morning. I started my diet a week before I began working out and weighed 228 then so I'm down 17 lbs. Working out every day and busting balls at work. I take an awesome vitamin supplement in the morning that is a powder so you actually absorb it rather than just piss it out. Protien shake after workout and controlled portions / diet.

im there 3-4 days a week. does anyone else think this is a good idea besides me?
never herd of it how is it? right now im currently running off w/e golds gym has in their cooler, but im using intravol from muscletech.
