Default Car Cover for Florida Rain & Sun

Looking for recommendations on selecting an outdoor car cover for the Florida rainy season. Weekdays, my daily driver NFR is outside in the sun. Rains for a short time, water beads up, then the brutal Florida sun bakes waterspots into my paint. I try to dry the paint right after the rain ends but can't always get there in time. Real hard to get the spots off without buffing.

Any recommendations for a car cover? Looking for something fairly easy to put on, easy to store and not too rough on the paint.

Thanks!

Best bet would be a tent on driveway. Helps keep sun off the paint. It'll still get rain n dust. But you can drive under it n out of it without a hassle. I don't like car covers for outside because the wind makes it shift and if there's dirt or grime, it can scratch paint.

Just my opinion.

At home I have a garage, I'm talking about parking at work.

A tent would be great but I don't think the company I work for would let me put one up in their parking lot.

I use an OEM cover then a Weathershield HP over that one.

Wanted to say...I use the OEM cover because it's thickness gives me kitty cat protection. The Weatehrshield is a really lighweight and quality cover. Would be a good candidate for one to carry with you. Not real cheap but does a good job.

Thanks Cosmo. Someone from California Car Cover Company recommended their Superweave which I think is the same material as the Weathershield HP. As you said, not real cheap but I am getting tired of fighting waterspots.
