chipping paint?
In your situation I would do this talk to the GM and if they do nothing about it then tell them that your gona take it to the news consumer reporter. Most likely they don't want to be on the air as a bad car dealer my mom this this a few years ago and it worked

thats what im saying. like the firggin wheels caused a pint issue.
i was telling clint its like if your painting your fignernails and you dont give the first coat time to dry properly, all the coats thereafter will come off clean with no residue on your nails. but if you do it properly and then damage it somehow, there will be paint residue and this is coming off super clean, just falling right off...
who do i call and should i even mention the fact that i went to the first dealership?

If you rolled the fenders improperly I can see why the wouldn't warranty the paint, but other than that, you shouldn't have any issues. They should stand behind thier product IMO.
