So I talked to State Farm (Driver A's insurance company. Driver A is the one who caused the accident) and they said that they are investigating the inccident to find who has liability since there was a traffic light malfunction.
meter is at 110%

If I remember correctly, Florida State law states that the driver is liable for negotiating safely through an intersection and the State has no liability of the operation/signage of traffic signage (or something similar!)

Pay for the work using a credit card and give the bill to the drunks insurance company; let them know they have 29 days before they have to pay interest charges for your credit card use!

UPDATE*********************************

USAA Rocks!!!!!

So I called the claim in yesterday to my insurance (USAA) and today they sent an agent out to inspect the damage on my vehicle.

She estimated the damage @ $476.85 and said the check would be in the mail in no time!

Fast service to say the least.....

Then I got a phone call from one of USAA's reps and HE said that because I was not at fault according to the police report, that I did not have to pay my deductable!!!

USAA for the win!!!

Wifey is PLEASED!!!!
