Is that an advertisement plug?

You got the skills and tools to fix this?

Carsmedics quoted me $300

I am not trying to compete here but $300 sounds good to me. I don't think you want to drive from Tampa to Ft. Lauderdale for that. Good luck with the repair

UPDATE***********************

So I talked to State Farm (Driver A's insurance company. Driver A is the one who caused the accident) and they said that they are investigating the inccident to find who has liability since there was a traffic light malfunction.

Just got off the phone with a rep there, who called me at work today to take my recorded statement. She said that due to the circumstances that it would probably be better to go through my insurance and then have them sebragate because the investigation may take a while.

She also said that I would be re-embursed my expenses from the party /parties at fault once it is determined the %-age each party (Insurance Company and Pinellas County) is obligated to pay.

Also noted in the police report was that Driver A was DUI at the scene as well.

Now if this asshat had been sober he probably would have stopped like I did once he noticed that he was driving into on comming traffic!

At any rate I just filed a claim with USAA to make the SPGP deadlines in regards to repairing my car.

I'll post a copy of the police report when i get home.

he looks like a happy drunk.

Sounds like his insurance is just stalling. I wouldn't file a claim just yet.

His complexion is "FAR". Perhaps that was suppose to be his eyesight that night? Far off?
