Default Devon, Jeremiah and NayNay - Look here!

Yo bros! What's the haps on the caps?

I'm hoping to see you guys at the Southeastern meet in July. Joy and I will be there along with some other S2K's (Tej).

Hey, Tej and I are looking into exhausts for the S2K, so I wanted to get your feedback.

I would love a titanium exhaust, but I doubt I can get one that is affordable (i.e. <$800). So, in that case, what are some good SS exhausts that will be much lighter than stock, have good sound, and maybe even add a few HP (but no loss in HP or Torque)?

I was looking into the following:

1) Invidia
2) Spugen (isn't that what NayNay had?)
3) Comptech

Can you give me the low down? Recommendations? Insight? etc.

I like the sound and looks of the Invidia, and there is a good GB going on for that one right now.

I want the following from my exhaust:

1) Lightweight!!!
2) Good, deep, throaty sound (no, high or "tingy" sounding ricer exhausts)
3) A few extra HP
4) Good quality, warranty, fits without modification, etc.

Hit me up!

Alright buddy, Here you go:

1) Invidia - Personal opinion is dont do it, everyone seems to have it, hense the GB on them!
2)Spugen - Good exhaust! I had the Single outlet Ti. You guys heard it, it sounded awesome!
3)Comptech - Good exhaust, Jeremiah has this one, not load. Sounds very good though.

All of these will be lighter than stock, the spugen being the lightest. If you are looking for the deep throaty quality sound, then I would go with spugen as well.

My suggestion SPUGEN

Best bang for the $$

On this car, in my opinion, it's got to be dual exhaust. Single exhausts just look too lop-sided.

Nate, I know that Tidal has an Invidia, as do other So Fla members (RubyRashel comes to mind too).

I think Hunter has a Spugen - although I can't remember if it's dual or single.

Here's a link to a thread that we had a while back when Deiger was looking for ideas on what would be best for his car.

I have heard everyone else's exhaust and for my money, mine is by far the best sounding. Mellow and quiet at low rpm, commanding at vtec rpms.

Of course I'm not Devon, Jeremiah or Naynay.
