flat black paint
Are you doing any other mods to the car? Or is the plan to have a basically stock S2K, just flat black?
I completely agree with Primogen, and the only way to truly pull this off would be to have an already sinister "cream in my pants" car. A good front and exhaust can start you on your way. Black out the turn signals and tail lights.
Good luck, and keep posting.

any imput would help i am willing to do anything not sure on how to black out the turn signals or tail lights. but the guy who is painting it asked if i wanted him to smoke the headlights and taillights
so i guess that is an option

i plan on either putting a lip on the front or an aftermarket bumper just not sure yet. i will have paint left over so it will not be a problem to add in a month or so
get films for the headlights and tailights as the "smoked" spray paint looks like ass. it really only works on small things like the sidemarkers and then you still have to be careful.
I would really shy away from painting the car and have it wrapped. if your paint is destroyed then fine but it is going to cost a lot of money to get it back to OEM berlina down the road and your resale value will hit the toilet with flat black. If you plan on keeping the car forever, great, but the flat black may be a passing thing for you and wrapping the car offers an escape clause to having to reinvent the wheel to get the car back to berlina.
I would think you would have to get way more aggresive in your mods to the body style and shape to effectively pull of the style you are going for. lips and strakes aint going to cut it IMHO.

I know this may sound dumb but what does IMHO stand for??
yes my paint is crappy needs to be reshot and i have been wanting to do the flat black thing for a while. no i will not ever get rid of the car.
and 500 for paint to 1500 for wrap... paint it is... it will great to see the other body mods that everyone has at the supermeet and get some ideas on front ends as well as other mods. also wouldnt mind venting the hood. i just need a little help in the body area as mechanical things arent that hard for me but body work...i dont aven know where to start.
not afraid of getting my hands dirty and i have most any parts available at reasonable cost.

Sounds like you have a plan but may still need to formulate and end game for the project. I suggest interviewing all of the modified S owners you see and try to get a feel for what you want to accomplish as far as look but you will be in largely uncharted territory as far as Flat black statements as few have gone this route with the S. It may be a very special chance to do something really unique. You just need to decide how far you want to take it.
The next major step in this flat black project is deciding which way to take it. With flat black you really have only a couple ways to go. These are full concept vehicle ideas which may be farther than you want to take it and all are based on the flat black base or

I agree w/ Primo and others; you need a pretty sinister car to start w/ to pull this look off. I'm not sure the S is the car for this.
Having said that
I've been told I have a pretty aggressive looking S, so I did a quick photochop to get a feel for what this could look like.

Edit: the more I look at this, the more I like it. I do need new paint lol
