If Appalachian state can do it Miami is certainly capable. In 2001 I bet a friend $20 that if OU and Miami played for the NC, which was a possibility until OSU beat them in bedlam, OU would win. Not near the same match up, but I'll take it.

Miami vs. OU is the most interesting game, to me.

Miami fans (some), are frustrating to me, as so many become fans when they are winning at football, but they disappear when not. They have alot of a bandwagon following. It becomes almost trendy to wear their gear, when they are winning.

This is not all Miami fans, but I see it often.

Let's not forget, the original "U" was always Utah, as they are UU.

Anyway, game should be interesting.

 

I remember a time when OU was not so good. Under John Blake and Howard Schnellenberger, they were 17-27-1 between 1995-1998.

Its weird having football players in my classes! UF wide receiver Riley Cooper is in my technical writing class! and I see Tebow every now and then walking around campus! weird! most of them are giant and there younger than me!

Texas in a rout.
Dem canes (see above) get beat by 14+.
Florida by 3 TDs, 31 - 10.
FSU wins a close one over UAB, 21-20.

Oh, and Abmusser, enjoy it while it lasts man. The college good times don't last forever! Mine ended in '05.
