Be careful Dave. That sounds a bit cocky and over-zealous. No team can ever, or should ever, expect a title, just hope for the pieces to fall into place.

Even Florida backed into their two titles in football.

As much as Ohio State has developed a new hate for Florida. I will always thank them! Remember, in 1996, if Joe Germane doesn't throw the winning TD at the very end of the game for Ohio State against Arizona State, Florida does not win the title that year. I love Ohio State for that!

I'm not boasting of a National Championship for the Sooners. There are too many variables to even think about a NC. Besides, as of right now, Florida isn't even eligible for a NC bid. Florida: Not ranked #1.
