Good Tuner in SW or Central Florida..?

I own an "08 SP2, lightly modded at this point (just a K&N filter and mobil 1, Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's), but the car has a annoying flat spot right off idle pulling off accelerating through lower RPM's. If you buzz it and side step the clutch, zoom, but drive like a normal person and it engages the clutch, bog, sort of...accelerate.
The car runs beautifully once fully warmed up and from midrange RPM's and above, just not below say 3,500 RPM. Btw, the car is ALWAYS driven with the VSA switched off since I discovered VSA will hit the brakes if you pull off enthusiastically in a..straight line. WTF? Looking for a good tuner to sort out the tune with this thing since I am adding an exhaust in the next 45 days. Who is good in Tampa/Orlando/Sarasota/Fort Myers/Naples?
