Key West sounds great in theory, but in practice that long drive down hwy1 w/ traffic could be pretty brutal. Wouldn't be so bad if we stopped in Key Largo, but not sure there's much to do there (unless you're into diving

).

What about a long drive over to Miami, Lauderdale or West Palm? Maybe hook up w/ some S. FL folks.
