I ask about the fork because looking at it..it seems to not have enough leverage to disengage the clutch

disk goes in only one way. Your problem is most likely related to the fork.

Remove the two bolts on the slave, and take a peak into the transmission through the fork opening.

I just left ..but I will post pics. Tomorrow in the morning I doubt i put the disc backwards because if I did wouldn't it make a chattering noise...well that was what happen when I changed it on my old civic ...but could it be also that I'm using a ap2 throw out bearing with the ap1 f.w ? I'm just really lost right now

The fork is leaning towards the clutch which is why I said it looks like it has no leverage ..is that the problem?

Again the disk only fits one way. If you have it backwards you would have not been able to put on the pressure plate.

Regarding the fork, make sure the small "divot" is facing the slave pushrod. It clicks into the clip thats in the transmission.

The troughout bearing should be fine, its the same. Did you install the bearing correctly? This is a pull type transmission ... so you would have the clutch disc, then the bearing and then the pressure plate ...
