I don't think it goes down as a guilt, but rather as a no contest plea unless you have other offenses later and cannot go to traffic school again

 

i got a ticket for the same thing but in my case it was a red light instead of a sign. i just called my ticket lawyer and they took care of it for me. all i had to pay was court costs and like 90 bucks for the lawyer. i didnt have to deal with points on my license/traffic school
