Default Help pricing my car for sale

Hey guys, the time has come for me to finally say good bye to my beloved. She's a 2007 Laguna Blue with roughly 95,000 miles on her. Below are the stats, any advice on how much to price her is appreciated.

Ripped roof(about 3") but has a Mugen replica top installed with matching paint
Rear bumper has a hole from a truck backing into her
Front lip is scraped lightly

Other than that, she runs and look great.

Thanks,
Henry

Base price: $22,000
Excess mileage ($1K per 10K miles over 50K): -5,000
Roof replacement required: -1,500
Rear bumper replacement: -500
Misc paint needed: -1,000
Non-OEM hard top. 0

Looks like $14,000 to me. $17K if it was in pristine condition. Assuming all 10 VIN tags, newish performance tires, and non-curbed OEM wheels.

Best way to sell a car like ours is to have it in nearly 100% condition before offering for sale.

The model fails at a certain point for sure. As does buying a 200,000 mile car.

I might have an interested buyer in your hardtop, should you want to sell it separately.
