the bridge over to Coronado was hair raising. Coronado was amazing as well as Balboa park. We did not spend anytime in any of the places because of the tour but we did learn alot about and see more of the city on the tour than we would have had the chance to if we rented a car and got lost for most of the day.

My highlights were the evening with the the S crew, the ride up into the hills to Barona Casino, the harbor area with the aircraft carriers, and the trip to Tijuana. I dont care how cheesy tijuana is to some, it was still fun to get down there and finding some really cool local artists after making your way past all the touristo shops.

I want to go back!!!!

Sorry about no pics but my wife had the camera to take photos of her kids for a mothers day/ end of year project for her classroom and my mom just plain forgot hers

There are a number of areas in San Diego that are "Cool" tourist and non-tourist

How about taking a cruise down Adams Avenue or to Mt. Soledad? Cabrillo National Monument or the Torrey Pines Glider Port? There is also Prospect in La Jolla, Carlsbad, Del Mar and much much more.
Don't forget Hillcrest and Balboa park.

I didn't mention Balboa Park because it is super touristy. There are a ton of super tourist spots that I didn't mention.

Bey hey, there's nothing wrong with Hillcrest

Well Hillcrest.......

Not knowing what type of city it is.
I worked for coke and was asked to help finish up a route. Upon arrival I go to the back room of the store where the "reciever" (slang for grocery talk) (also male) asked me, "Hey cutie, could you break down that pallet of coke and stack it over here in the corner by my desk....

I then realized why no normal guy wanted to visit Hillcrest.

Lol, that's pretty funny.

I have been hit on over there once or twice and while it is an uncomfortable feeling, I will not allow it to restrict my freedom.

Generally when I am in the area, I have jewelry on my arm of the opposite sex.
