Well, now that I'm all caught up I have to say I'm extremely impressed with a couple things:

A) Eric, for your openess, understanding and exceedingly effective way of handling the situation without letting it become an unnecessary flame war/bitch session. Bottom line: outstanding leadership and business practices.

B) Even more importantly is the community support and FL CO support of an essentially cornerstone member. Rob...I owe you drinks one night out of pure admiration for your tact and expert handling of the issue. Ben, food or drinks in a "welcome back" because I know the only reason you do the things you do is to HELP members of our community.

Hell...I'm part of the "community" and currently driving a BMW...LOL!
