Keep Me from The Curse
I would change the plugs out for certain. If you need any assistance, I have the the valve adjustment specialty tools if it come to that. I have never seen a honda throw a misfire code from a valve adjustment that gradually went out, usually from an incorrectly adjusted valvetrain. I have seen it from a bad ecu, bad coil pack, and bad plugs. Also from bad gas. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any help. And if you are in the parade lap and the same color as my car, I won't be able to help you until after they call my name on the alternate list

Replace the plugs first like everyone said. I do not think this is your issue but, it's the cheap thing to do first. Be sure to clear the ECU after then drive the car and see if you get another code. Next would be a broke wirre on a coil pack or bad coil. Be careful when pulling the plugs and putting them back in. The head is aluminum and can be easily EFTD up if you cross thread the plug Next is a possible bad injector.
Start cheap and work your way up. Good luck
