The prices are on screen with both the Honda dealers I was at, it shows the Honda Retail price and then the marked up price seperate.

honda of fort myers is ridiculous, their service head isn't too nice either - basically I was 4 days out of warranty and he completely denied a claim I had.
That place is just horrible for anything honda related, if your warranty is out - never come back to that place for anything, just a bunch of unscrupulous people that manage that place.

it almost seems like the parts guy could just call out a price. I called "Honda at the Avenues" in Jacksonville for license plate plugs. he first quoted me at 8.xx a piece but at the end I paid under 10 dollars for two!

I am glad you are happy with our service. Sounds like everything worked out in the end. The only reason I did that was because I know you and all the other Honda owners out there have a ton of options as far as where to purchase your parts. The only way I knew for a fact you would continue to do business with us is by doing something no other place would
