I will have a spare stock one lying (that I could part with for rather cheap) around after I install jcarlton's old Comptech 4.57 this weekend... PM me if interested. I am in Tallahassee.

... and truth be told with high the number of runs that were had this year with the wide range of skill in terms of drivers, the isolated incidents of the fence smashing (2) are practically and statistically insignificant.
I'm guessing here, but I think we probably had something over 4000 runs this year, with only 3 reportable incidents, and no injuries. And I think in all cases, the "incident" folks continued on after their incidents and completed their runs.

And NotAMurasama is very precise.
Unless I'm in your S2K or Peter's GT3 on street tires. Peter's GT3 should be made the poster child for "Sweet Car on Hoosiers; Monster Car on Streeties".

As you differential pathologist, I have the cause of death for you Terry
I will stand by with my pics and report when you give me the green light to post them. With the HIPPA thing out there, you have to give release before I can disclose

crashing through fences sounds like they aren't very precise in their driving!
there was those 2 plus one more, the 2 i said were both on the same day and was imo a course design problem, now the drivers were the ones controlling the cars, but both accidents that day were on the same exact turn. midway through the season i really felt that they were letting the tracks get too fast (especially when my biggest competition at the time had 75hp on me lol). and like terry said both finished their runs, one ended up winning his class by setting a faster time after his crash, and the other was in my class i think so he didn't win lol.

of course now my biggest competition seems to be a 90si so since i do have more power then him and better brakes im fine with a faster track lol

btw i cant wait to see the pics of terry's diff!
