Modifry's redline shift beeper
In preparing for next weekends Sebring event, I went ahead and ordered one of these from s2ki marketplace. Hygieneboy was kind enough to help me with the install today, and let me say that this is just a good investment. It helps keep your eyes on the road while you run through the gears. I was nailing perfect shifts through the test drive. The instructions were a little confusing, but I am no expert with wiring. The final product gets my endorsment, and I have heard nothing but good things about Modifry's customer support.

Basically this is an adjustable device that emits an audible series of beeps at a preset rpm so that you are focusing on the road and not staring at the dash cluster wondering when you're hitting redline. I agree that the instructions definately are not the best but the final outcome is a great product with safety in mind. Midget hands and a lot of patience come in handy with the install. Even in the shade working on a car in this Florida muggy heat is damn near unbearable.
